Do I Send
Money?
Choose the Pay
option, fill in
the amount you
want to pay, and
to whom you want
to pay it. Confirm
your payment and
it is then sent
automatically to
your specified
recipient.
How do I use Swiftpay?
When you wish to
purchase from an
approved Swiftpay
merchant site,
you can select
the 'Pay with Swiftpay'
option to make
your payment through
Swiftpay. Through
the 'Swiftpay ATM'
on the merchant's
site, you will
be able to submit
your payment securely
and easily. Simply
provide your Swiftpay
username and password
and confirm the
amount you wish
to pay. Your payment
will be validated
through the Swiftpay
system, your payment
amount will be
debited from your
Swiftpay account,
and your payment
completed.
How
Do I Request
Money?
Choose the Request
Money option, fill
in how much you
want to request
and the email address
of the person from
whom you want to
request money.
An email request
is automatically
sent to the address
you entered. To
pay you, the recipient
simply clicks on
a link in the email
to be brought to
a Swiftpay form
through which they
can submit their
payment.
How
Do I Fund
My Account?
Choose the Deposit
option, and then
select one of the
several available
deposit methods.
You will then be
taken to a secure
page to complete
your payment information.
Your deposit is
processed instantly
and your funds
credited to your
Swiftpay account.
How
Do I Withdraw
Money?
Swiftpay is processing
withdrawals to
Bank Checking Accounts.
Request a withdrawal
by contacting the
accounts department
and supplying your
bank account information
through our secure
server. A withdrawal
will be processed
and credited to
the bank checking
account details
supplied. When
funds are deposited
by electronic check,
Swiftpay cannot
process any withdrawal
requests until
the check has "cleared".
As a result, we
cannot process
any withdrawal
requests until
7 days after the
date of the deposit.
How
Do I View
My Account
History?
Choose the View
Statement option
and select the
period of activity
in which you are
interested. You
can then call up
details of all
your Swiftpay transactions
for the period
including deposits,
purchases and payments. |
