Swiftpay only collects such information as is necessary to ensure authenticity of users and transactions. Swiftpay needs members' names, addresses and email addresses for purposes of communication and delivery of withdrawals, and such financial information as may be necessary to expedite members' online transactions.

Swiftpay only collects such information as is absolutely necessary for it to carry out its service, and undertakes never, under any circumstances, to disclose Member account information to third parties.

All transactions and information relaying processed by Swiftpay is transferred via SSL technology, encrypted and further protected by a firewall. Access to this information is further limited to those Swiftpay employees who have been granted special access rights.
